  • WE DO NOT OFFER MONEY BACK RETURNS. EXCHANGES MAY BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DAY YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE, WE WILL INSPECT IT AND ISSUE YOU A STORE CREDIT (MINUS SHIPPING FEES.)
  • YOU HAVE 10 DAYS FROM THE DAY YOU RECEIVE AN ORDER TO DO AN EXCHANGE.
  • TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED. WE WILL NOT HONOR YOUR EXCHANGE WITHOUT A TAG.
  • INSIDE YOUR RETURNING PACKAGE PLEASE ENCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION ALONG WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER & EMAIL USED AT CHECKOUT. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THIS INFORMATION INSIDE YOUR PACKAGE, WE CANNOT CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT.
INSIDE YOUR RETURNING PACKAGE PLEASE ENCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION ALONG WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER & EMAIL USED AT CHECKOUT. SEND RETURNS TO: GRANDY TWINS BOXING ALL MERCHANDISE IS INSPECTED THOROUGHLY BEFORE SHIPPING. WE CANNOT TAKE FAULT ON DAMAGED ITEMS AFTER THEY ARE WORN. YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE IF THERE ARE ANY MANUFACTURE DEFECTS OR AN ITEM IS BROKEN.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We ship to all US states and territories, as well as PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • Most standard shipping orders placed by 5 p.m. EST will be processed the same business day, and will ship within one business day after your order is placed. Please note that some orders may take longer to process. All orders are subject to credit approval. Orders for express delivery may be placed Monday through Thursday before 3 p.m. EST. Express delivery orders placed between 3 p.m. Thursday and 3 p.m. Friday will arrive on Monday; those placed after 3 p.m. Friday will arrive on Tuesday.
  • We do not ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
